We at [Your Website/Platform Name] are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement on our platform, particularly concerning content related to "Daredevil Born Again Season 2 Episode 1" or any other material hosted by us.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work, or the copyrighted work of someone you are authorized to act on behalf of, has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, you may notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth below. Your notice must be in writing and contain substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works. In this specific context, this might include "Daredevil Born Again Season 2 Episode 1" or specific elements thereof.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Failure to include all the above information may result in a delay in processing or rejection of your DMCA notice.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must be in writing and contain substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., URL(s)).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against you, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, within 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification.
